You can just ask for vegetables without meat, they will understand: ')
No. Not even an ATM in sight.
Food is good. Not spicy as the dish name suggested.
Food was very good! Smaller area inside but with very nice staff that really care about their customers, and make sure they get good food. Great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal in the area. Great prices too!
My first time there and I ordered a plate of fried rice which made me regret. The portion of rice is big but I don't like it much.
Visiting Montreal for the first time, we ended up outside of the Noodle Factory and did a quick check on the reviews and decided to eat here. The place is small, service was quick and the food was delicious. Price is very reasonable.
One of my favourite restaurants in Chinatown. The noodles are amazing and the service is extremely fast. Yes, the staff can seem in a hurry, but they're never unfriendly. The restaurant is small and there's often lineups so it's understandable. If you're short on time but still want some great food this place is perfect.
Great little restaurant off the Main Street in Chinatown.
Very friendly staff and fast service! The house noodles with beef were full of flavour and got devoured completely! We wanted hot and sour soup but it was end of the day so they had unfortunately ran out. The shrimp dim sum was good but I wouldn't order the vegetarian dim sum again.
Amazing place. Tasty food. Staff is professional. I recommend this place. Its a hidden gem.
The best noodle place I have ever been to, as I recall.Service is quick (3 to 5 minutes to be served from when we entered!), efficient and friendly.Food is great and cheap.I gave them a 50% tip ($10) as I was really happy of everything. And the waiter said it was "too much". That definitely makes me want to come back!
The specialty here is the noodles, #25 from the menu. Never disappoints in terms of flavor. Portions are generous for the price. The restaurant itself is quite small and harder to accommodate large parties. Unfortunately this place is cash only, so be prepared. ATM at the CIBC next door.
Cosy place. Fast service and large portions. Generous amount of meat. Flavors not the best but a cheap filling meal. ~12$ pp.
Small restaurant, small menu, and low prices!
The Noodle Factory never disappoint in flavor! It's a small place and you might need to wait to be sitted when it's crowded but the service is so fast that once you are sitting down you won't have to wait long before all the delicious food is in front of you. They give you large plates that are perfect for sharing with your friends and loved ones!
My favorite restaurant in Montreal. Homemade and fresh. Fair price, awesome service
I love Chinese food so decided to go there as it was close to our hotel...intercontinental..and loved it so much that went their for dinner on 2 consecutive days...first day I tried shrimp fried rice, kungpao prawns and sweet and sour fish..all were yummy but both the graves were quite same..i wanted to order different type of dishes and asked the staff to guide me but they were in a hurry and were not very helpful..i think mostly because people were waiting in queue to eat.. this was their only negative point...the portions were huge and prices were very reasonable..the next day I went to eat noodles and ordered prawns stir fried noodles and found them too tasty..highly recommend this place.
Food great. Eating there? Too much noise, usually a long wait. Do take and sit near waterfront in the old port
Great food and service. Busy when arrived at 750pm on a Tuesday evening. Rush quieted around 830pm. Waiting for about 5 minutes by door and was able to order while waiting for table. Had Won ton soup Chinese broccoli, general Tao chicken and pork dumplings, all were great!
Small restaurant, terrible decor and set up, floor was so dirty, saw one of the cooks picking his nose since the kitchen is semi open, didn’t like how the employees were yelling at each other from across the room in chinese to communicate when the place is so small and not crowded or loud. They made the room loud and i couldn’t hear my mom talking when she was sitting right in front of me. The service was extremely quick and efficient, I liked our waiter. The food was really good and really affordable. It’s a cash only place however so make sure you have cash. The steamed dumplings were out of this world and they gave me a peanut butter sauce at no extra charge which i found really nice. The wonton soup was really satisfying, so many wontons in the bowl and the broth was very tasty and warm. The chicken general tao and steamed rice were delicious, good food and was left with leftovers. 2 people ate for 30$ i’m more than happy even with the off decor and personel.
Soup is to die for. The broth is made to perfection. Don’t try to eat there, do takeout it’s much faster and eat it at the benches at old port! It’s so damn good!
Always good, freshly made dishes and reasonable prices, good sevice!
We had the house homemade noodles and the shrimp dumplings. Both items were great and prices are very competitive.
Good, fresh Chinese food - however, the place is tiny and the line up can build up during lunch time. The wait staff is rather socially awkward and just push you onto a table. The dumplings were just magnificent. The kitchen is 'open', so you can see what is going on inside. Parking is impossible to find in the area plus there is lots of construction going on, so plan in advance as you will probably have to go around a couple of times.
My boyfriend and I went here for a quick dinner tonight. He's been before and enjoyed his experience, but it was my first. From the outside, this place is easily missed, given it is a small restaurant without much seating. The menu is simple, but everything is delicious! Our experience was great, the staff is attentive and efficient and the food came very quickly after ordering. We had the pan fried dumplings, the Chinese pork dumplings and homemade noodles with chicken. Prices are fair considering the size and taste. We'll certainly be back! Thanks for a great night guys!
great food, reasonable prices. Even the place is small, but I would still go there next time. Worth waiting for it.
Super Delicious Food. The portion noodle is huge... Authentic Hong Kong Food.
Friendly, food was tasty! Ordered spring rolls and the shrimp and pork steamed dumplings. Ate too fast to take a pic! Pork and rice noodles soup. General tao.
Loved the dumplings and the wan ton soup
The dumplings and Food were amazing and huge portion as well. the staff were also friendly. Recommend this restaurant if you want a cheap and huge portion meal with dumplings
Good price, friendly service, huge portion. The best noodles place in Chinatown
As others have said, the service is friendly and fast. Food was good and prices are affordable. For a restaurant that specializes in noodles, there weren't all that many noodle options. Standard Western Chinese food here. Restaurant is cleaner than the average China Town restaurant. We ordered the handpulled spicy pork soup, the jiajiameun and the peanut butter dumplings. Everything is good, except that the noodles I got were not handpulled, just regular noodles.
This restaurant is small but they make up for the lack of space by letting the food and service speak for itself. We went there during the busy lunch hour but the quality of service by the staff made sure we were in and out without any delays. The food was cooked to perfection, we ended up getting takeout for our dinner at the same time, we just had to have more of it. Overall, the staff is super friendly, food is amazing, and location is very convenient. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for good Asian food.
This place is usually packed at lunchtime on the weekend but worth the wait. Generous portions, reasonable prices between $10 and $15 per dish that would easily feed 2-3 people and very friendly service, plus food reminiscent of mom and pop places in Hong Kong.
It’s a small place, but their prices are low for the quality of food that you get - which tastes amazing. Pay in cash. Nice place to go to if you want to eat well, not pay much, and then walk around the area for a bit!
Small restaurant in chinatown with amazing noodles! Taste incredibly good. Very fast service too.Highly recommended.
The staff is the nicest here. Even if you're getting something to go, they give you a table and water while you wait. The restaurant is small but I've never had a problem getting a table. The menu is varied and fun.The food is delicious, I love it so much. I want to eat everything but I can't. The first time I came here I ordered 10 extra spring rolls for myself, that's how good they were. I highly recommend this place, it is my number one for Chinese food.
God awful. The waiters were rude from the moment we walked in and wore so much cologn that my mother and I could taste it. The food that we ordered was bland, oily and cheap tasting. I cant believe Montreals actually come to here to eat. It was our first time eating at this place out of hungry desperation, and we regreted it. In fact Id rather of starved then eat here.
We fancy a hot steam dumplings, so we searched and this place looks good. My husband loves the food. We ordered veggie fried noodle and veggie filling steamed dumplings. If you would like spicy, they have chilli oil on the table and you must try it. It is so flavourful and spicy for sure. Good match with any dishes you ordered. Although the dumplings skin are little too thick for me, overall we would like to come again and try different dishes. Some time needs to wait for a little while.
Very delicious noodle options. Tried pork and vegetables noodles the first time, another time the Singapore stir fry noodles. Both were great choices. The service is super fast. We got our orders served within five minutes of ordering.Note that this place accepts only cash!
I absolutely love the food here. It’s delicious and fast. The place is small but it doesn’t bother me. They do serve you very fast and bring you your food right away so if your looking for a nice long sit down meal this isn’t the place to get it.
Average food, don't accept cards, cash only
You like dumplings? Eat here. Don't think about it, don't worry about it and don't even think about it, just do it. Stop thinking! Eat!
My sister, nephew, and I were visiting from Ohio and happened upon this restaurant while walking. The service was amazing. He was super nice, friendly and helpful. I had the Stir Fried Rice Noodles with Beef. It was so tender full of flavor and I made 2 meals out of it. I have been craving it ever since (about 4 days) and am sad I didn't stop by so I could bring some back home.
Best Signapore noddles in town !
Cash only!!! I totally didn’t checkIt but they also accept US dollars so it was okay. The food is a little salty or too sweet but apart from that it’s okay.
We went there today, the food was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly. You will not get great customer service or excellent authentic cuisine like this anywhere else without paying an arm and a leg. $20 for two people and I was so full I could barely walk afterward. If youre going here expecting a fancy restaurant this is not the place for you, but if you are interested in real delicious food, this definitely is.
Good food and prompt service. The prices are okay. If it gets busy, you will be rushed, though.Beware that it is cash-only.
Best Chinese/Asian noodles in Montréal, super affordable prices but the fact that they only take cash is a tad annoying.
Delicious dishes with kind & attentive staff! A great meal after a long day of travel. Quick service & a close-knit atmosphere. Cash only.
Service is nice and really fast. I went there on a Sunday night. The noodle are good, but the broth of the Won Ton soup could have been better. We also ordered Ma Po Tofu and Chinese broccoli. I really loved the Ma Po Tofu, the sauce was tasty.
Amazing dumplings! We make the travel from Quebec just to eat them! Super friendly staff and funny too!Don't forget to bring cash, as they don't take cards :)
